Because each item is custom-made to order, all sales are considered final.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

To request a return, you must:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Provide photos of the item and packaging
• Include your order number

If your return is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Please note:

• Custom designs, personalized items, and made-to-order products are non-refundable
• We do not accept returns for size issues, color variations, or design approval errors once production has started
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by us
