By placing an order, you agree to the following:

 

Custom Orders

 

All items are custom-made. Once you approve your design and we begin production, changes or cancellations are not allowed.

You are responsible for:

• Checking spelling, sizing, colors, and layout before approval
• Providing accurate information and measurements
• Having permission to use any logos or artwork you submit

 

Payments

 

Full payment is required before production starts.

 

Turnaround Times

 

Production times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Returns

 

Because items are custom-made, all sales are final.

Returns are only accepted within 14 days if the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.

 

Liability

 

We are not responsible for misuse of products or indirect damages.
